Writing is thinking
I think better when I write, and I write better where I can re-read and edit my thoughts. Fixing ideas to the page makes it more difficult to hold incoherent or contradictory views, and helps me distinguish what I really think, deliberately.
I tend ideas in my mind garden, and publish Money Rules People observations on economics, law, and behaviour (i.e. everything around our lives-in-common). If you’ve access to Bloomberg or Reuters you’ll find some older writing (paywall) there.
Projects
At the moment I’m particularly interesting in prices and pricelessness; emigrants (as one myself); urban swimming; where to invest the hours of life; augmented reality & virtual reality; tasting & cooking, deliberative thought, liberal democracies, and marketing — toujours marketing!
